Salvation means deliverance from the penalty and the eternal consequences of sin; often referred to as being “saved” or “born -again.” It includes having our sins forgiven, being born into God’s family as His child, and receiving eternal life.

The Battle Cry 
For anyone reading this post, it’s a test of posting downloadable Word files to the blog. Years ago, I completed the entire series of discipleship lessons (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced) using the PDF files I had to fill out/complete by hand. Somewhere along the way I decided to convert them all to Word so I could have them forever in a binder. They teach inductive Bible study with no fill in the blanks and I loved them! I exceeded the basic lesson requirements and added information from additional resources (commentaries, etc.). I now have a record of my own “discipleship” journey, completed at several different military duty stations.
I’ve taught them to individuals and small groups through the years and am available to walk through them with anyone who wants to take the journey.
